Charles A Lindbergh (Lindy) and wife, Anne Morrow Lindbergh, in Nome, Alaska on their survey flight over the Great Circle route from New York to Tokyo, for use by commercial airlines. Next, Lindbergh stands behind his wife, as she sits in the seat of a sled hitched to a team of dogs. The Lindberghs ride with the Inuit sled driver as the team of dogs pulls the sled over the frozen tundra grass. Later, they pose with three women dressed in furs. They also pose with several Inuit Eskimo women.
