He applies full power but it is not enough to allow him to reestablish normal controlled flight. Instead the aircraft staggers along, under full power and nose high attitude (so-called "sabre Dance").It appears to gain a few feet in altitude, but ends up falling off and striking its right wind on the ground and crashing in a huge fireball.
