(It is also known as the Los Angeles Aqueduct Pipeline, or the Jawbone Siphon, stretching 233 miles from Owens Lake and the Owens Valley to Los Angeles). Engineers and officials inspect the broken water pipe that had been dynamited by angry ranchers in a land dispute.
