A few sailors arrive in a boat and they climb up steps and come up to the deck from the side of the ship. The sailors carry small cardboard boxes. Three children, former concentration camp prisoners, stand at barbed wire of Buchenwald Concentration Camp after its liberation from Nazi German forces. One of the boys is on crutches. Several freed prisoners huddle over a cooking fire in the camp yard. Inside a building, Mrs. Mavis C. Tate, and other members of British Parliament, pose with emaciated former prisoners. They speak with the liberated prisoners who lie, covered with blankets, on mats on the floor. Mrs. Tate walks out of the camp with a group of American Army officers. (World War II period).
