General and staff come out of the cars and head towards a building. General McConell walks down C-7A ramp. Crew members salute and shake hands with him. Fighting Air Command's (FAC) type aircraft pulling up in background, flying very low, bomb heads towards shoreline of canal and explodes. A-1H in flight in the background. First day of duty of the United States Air Force personnel in Vietnam A Trans International DC-8 airplane arrives at Saigon Tan Son Nhut Airport Terminal. Marshalling the airplane. Various personnel of the United States Air Force descend from the plane. Air Force personnel put their luggage in a truck. They then move in to a bus. (Vietnam War period).

United States aircraft in flight for an air strike in South Vietnam. U.S. F8E Crusader moves in on the attack over a wooden area. Smoke rises from the area. Plane makes a steep dive. Small huts. Few rockets launches. Plane in flight low and launches a rocket which explodes on the ground in the target area and strafes the area. A thin road passes through the area. Plane in flight banks to left and moves over target area around Tay Ninh.
