General Allen hosts visiting Latin American military officers at Fort Sill Oklahoma. They observe as U.S. Army Soldiers fire 155mm howitzers. General Allen and other senior officers watch the firing through binoculars. General Allen shakes hands and exchanges salutes with each of the visiting officers as they prepare to depart after the visit. (World War II period).
