He complains, somewhat about the restrictive rules for pilots in training and expresses desire to fight the Germans and Japanese in World War 2. Scene shifts to four pilot trainees who "washed out" of the program for various infractions of the trainin safety rules. They are carrying their belongings in duffle bags and wait at a bus stop for transportation away from the base. Camera focuses on each of the men in turn, as narrator describes their failures to follow rules. Scene shifts to the airdrome where successful student pilots are seen walking toward the camera. People come out of a building after looking at a leopard skin rug in Pueblo, Colorado.

The Gildner or Giltner family of Pueblo Colorado looks at a massive leopard skin rug, constructed from the skins of 48 leopards. The fur rug had been purchased by their son, an American soldier in the Korean War, and shipped by him back to the United States. The seated family and some officials look at the leopard fur rug. The family exits a fur storage facility. A sign board outside the building reads: 'Cold Fur Storage'. A U.S. government official loads the fur rug into a car after the Korean government requested its return.
