United States troops arriving home by railroad train, after World War I

American soldiers returning home after end of World War 1. A railroad passenger train carrying them pulls into a train station. Among those waiting on the station platform are a police officer and a physician, carrying his medical bag. They and others wave to arriving soldiers.
