This is your Number One Enemy, your favorite playmate, Orphan Ann on Radio Tokyo...the little sunbeam whose throat you'd like to cut! Get ready again for a vicious assault on your morale, 75 minutes of music and news for our friends...I mean, our enemies!' A male announcer, possibly her husband, Felipe d' Aquino, reads propaganda news about Pacific battles and American casualties. Toguri was wrongly tried and sentenced for being 'Tokyo Rose' a supposed Radio Tokyo character that was never identified. (World War II period).

He is commander of one of the fictional forces engaged in NATO "Arctic Express" exercise war games in Norway. The General consults with members of his staff. He wears insignia of Alpini paratroops on his maroon beret. General Gobbi inspects ski troops and discusses their planned deployment. He speaks with ski troopers and examines red coverings they have fastened to the bottom of their skis. General Gobbi reviews maps on the hood of a vehicle. He then returns to the U.S. Army UH-1D helicopter that brought him to the site. It cranks up to depart.
