Scene shifts to another street, where the motorcade is headed by a formation of motorcycle policemen. Crowds greet the passing President, enthusiastically. The President remarks briefly, from his car, thanking his supporters and says he hopes to see much of them in the next four years. More scene of the motorcade on streets of the Capital. They stop again and the President expresses pleasure at being back with his neighbors, noting he had been coming to Washington, DC since he was five years old. He extols the virtues of the Nation's Capital.
