Spirited Boeing employees celebrate news of victory over Germany in Seattle, Washington. They wheel out a giant B-29 bomber from an aircraft production hangar with a "On To Tokyo" sign on its side. The Boeing workers stand in a group and wave and cheer. The shining dome of the nation's capitol commands the most attention in Washington DC. All the lights ate turned on in Times Square in New York City and it blazes glory. People of the whole world get crazy with dancing, singing and parties in the streets and celebration drinks on V-E day (Victory in Europe). A man with a pretend Hitler mustache is hoisted in the air. The torch of the Statue of Liberty is lighted in New York.

Korean film depicts German Chancellor Adolf Hitler's plan of world conquest and shows montage of German military action scenes from World War II

After lenthy period of slates in Korean, the first images appear at TC: 01:52, as camera pans down over ruins at the front of the German chancellery in Berlin, Germany. A plaque in German identifies it as the Kanzlei des Führers der NSDAP (Chancellery of the Führer of the Nazi Party). Camera moves through various rooms of the building showing wreckage. In one room a world globe, a table and some broken furniture are shown. Scene changes to an animated map of Europe centered on Germany that depicts the dramatic expansion of German conquest in beginning of World War 2. It then shows further expansion with German invasion of the Soviet Union. From then on It adds a line directed to India (labeled in Russian) and another pointed into North America.The map then sends more lines covering the Continent of Africa and the South and Central America. Admiral Nimitz decorates officers and sailors aboard the submarine, USS Bowfin, in Guam, during World War II

View from conning tower of the submarine, USS Bowfin, in Apra Harbor, Guam, during World War 2. Officers and crew of the USS Bowfin stand in formation on the foredeck. With his back to the camera, Fleet Admiral Chester W. Nimitz, stands at a microphone, reading a citation. He then steps forward to decorate Commander Alexander Kelly Tyree with the Navy Cross for extraordinary heroism in the line of his profession as Commanding Officer of the U.S.S. Bowfin (SS-287), on the Seventh War Patrol of that submarine during the period 25 January 1945 to 25 March 1945. Admiral Nimitz then proceeds to decorate other officers and sailors of the Bowfin, as Navy photographers take photographs. The Admiral with two officers and a sailor hold hand salutes a while as the ceremony is finishing. Admiral Nimitz then steps from the Bowfin, across another submarine docked next to it, and down to his launch. He salutes, as the launch pulls away. (Another view of Nimitz stepping into his launch is inserted here, as well.) Glimpse of the officers back on the Bowfin. (Note: Commander Tyree subsequently received a Gold Star in lieu of a Second Navy Cross, following the War Patrol of the Bowfin from 29 May 1945 to 4 July 1945.)
