People march on the streets of New York demanding the implementation of FEPC (Fair Employment Practices Commission) bill in United States. Crowd includes element of the Communist Party of New York. A large crowd gathers to witness the protests against non implementation of FEPC bill. People carrying banner of New York State Committee Communist party, march past the streets.
