Bella, the dog, with the envelope in her mouth, goes to the corner on a busy street. When the light changes, the dog crosses the street and goes to a mail box, where she puts paws on a man, who takes the letter from her and puts it in the mail box. Bella, the dog who performed the tricks and stunts, is seen "reading" a newpaper, with a cigarette holder and lit cigarette it its mouth.
