Camera moving around the rig, as work is in progress, shows it proceeding rapidly, with Mussolini working very hard. Sometime(unseen) Mussoline has donned a wide brimmed straw farm hat. At the end, Mussolini stands up on the platform, removes his hat and shakes hands with a farmer standing next to him. (Reportedly he worked the whole morning.)
