Blind Senator Thomas D. Schall of Minnesota fires a revolver at a target in Berwyn Heights, Maryland. He is guided by the sound of a wand tapped on the bulls-eye by his youngest son Richard. (Note: This newsreel was released December 23, 1935. Senator Schall was killed by a hit and run driver on December 19, 1935 while he was walking across the Baltimore-Washington Parkway within days of this footage being shot, earlier in December 1935 ).

As the Chairman of the Munitions Investigating Committee he declares commercial interests want another large European war to serve their greedy interests . He states his belief that adequate neutrality legislation will keep the country at peace. The Neutrality Act of 1935 was signed on August 31, 1935.

Next scene is outdoors, with Edsel Ford seated behind the wheel of the one millionth Ford V8 car, a Deluxe Fordor sedan, which rolled off the line on June 20, 1934. Henry Ford and another company official stand beside the sedan. Next scene shows the two millionth 8 cylinder Ford car driving on the road. Prominent Lettering painted on the car identifies it as the 2 millionth Ford V8, a 1935 model 48 sedan. A line of several more 1935 model 48 sedans follow on the road behind it. Final scene shows Edsel Ford and Henry Ford in a 1936 Ford Deluxe Sedan as it is coming off of the final assembly line.

Combination revolver and miniature movie camera invented by O.W. Atkins of Los Angeles. 1935 film opens showing a policeman holding a revolver (unloaded) pointed directly at the camera. A small camera is attached under the gun barrel. A side view of the revolver shows a cutaway of the movie camera attached underneath. The camera's mechanism moves the film. Next, a police officer is seen standing and pointing the gun-camera. Then in an enactment, a round camera view, ostensibly from the gun-camera, shows a man running toward the officer and being shot down by him. Next, a man in civilian clothes examines a strip of motion picture film from the gun-camera.
