Another change of scene shows closeup of a an unidentified, relatively young, clean shaven, U.S. Naval Rear Admiral, posing in front of a stone wall behind which the tops of several widely separated buildings are seen. He removes his hat.

French President Edgar Faure arrives at Elysee Palace as National Assembly is dissolved

Edgar Faure, President of the French Council of Ministers, arrives at the Élysée Palace (55 Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré, 75008 Paris, France). He steps from his car and walks up the steps of the building. Cameramen photograph him.
