A police patrolman notices a moving violation by a motorist and gets on his motorcycle to pursue. The police officer pulls over the motorist and is seen writing a ticket for the woman driver in the car. A police officer on foot stands at a busy intersection and gives hand commands to control traffic at a bend on highway. Winter time views show a a big snow plow as it removes snow from highways during winters. Many 1920's and 1930's automobiles, including cars, trucks, and buses are seen on American roads and highways. A car passes on a bridge. Cars drive on a four lane. Next scene shows the Statue of Liberty as seen up close from an approaching boat. Final scene shows Bandmaster and United States Marine Corps band as they play. The conductor turns and takes a bow.

1924: A crowd gathered at Boston Harbor to welcome the first 'Round the world flyers. Dignitaries seated. Air Service Douglas World Cruiser biwing float planes land in the harbor. United States Army Air Service flyers, led by Lieutenant Lowell Smith, arrive in boat at harbor. The six intrepid Lieutenants: Harding, Nelson, L.P. Arnold, Wade, Ogden and Smith, pose with General Patrick, Chief of the Air Service , along with several young women. View of the Barling Bomber at Wright Field in Ohio. Scenes from a November 12, 1921 protest parade of anti-war women march to support disarmament and promote messages of peace and "No more war". The parade coincided with the start of the Washington Naval Conference, also called the Washington Disarmament Conference. Women march in New York City, under the Washington Square Arch, with a banner that reads "The way to disarm is to disarm." A banner for "Religious Society of Friends" (Quakers). People march holding placards demanding complete military disarmament. A placard reads "Thou shalt not kill" and another reads "War means death famine pestilence." Another sign reads, "Cooperation pays better than competition. Let's try it between nations." A banner reads "Mothers do you teach your sons to save life or to kill?".
