Next, a man who was an imigrant from Europe being interviewed, tells how travelers in Steerage didn't want to move because the ship was rolling and shaking so badly. In between views of persons being interviewed, the camera pans and shows closeups of travelers lying about on the deck of a sailing ship, in good weather, so they could get some fresh air and sunshine.
