Several German Tiger I heavy tanks move out of parked position. One tank operates in rough wooded terrain. It readily downs a large tree. Various views of the Tiger I as it is being demonstrated.

Kaiser Wilhelm II and Crown Prince Wilhelm enter a royal carriage, as Empress Augusta Viktoria and Crown Princess Cecilie, stand nearby. Kaiser Wilhelm II and the Crown Prince review troops. Empress Augusta Viktoria and Crown Princess Cecilie enter a carriage together. Unidentified group of German officers and civilian gentlemen converse at a sidewalk cafe (one appears to be The Kaiser's son in law, Ernst August, the Duke of Brunswick). General Erich Ludendorff converses with an officer and a civilian while seated at an outdoor table. Unidentified Prussian officers and officials stand with several ladies outdoors in a courtyard. Spectators lean out of a window in overlooking building.
People at a German train station examine railroad torn up and twisted, apparently by an explosion (possibly sabotage?), during World War 1. Damage is confined to the railroad, itself, and a train that has been blown over,on its side, nearby . (The station and buildings are undamaged.) Curious onlookers stand around the damaged tracks and many stand on an embankment overlooking the overturned train. Workmen examine the damage to the train. Several policemen appear busy at the road entrance to the train station. One has a bicycle.

Scene switches to Hitler at a podium in the Wald stadium (Waldstadion) in Frankfurt am Main. Flags are flying at half mast in memory of fallen Sturmabteilung (SA) members. Audience applauds when Hitler tells them he can only promise their struggle will go on, come what may. Many children are seen seated on the ground. As Hitler finishes his remarks, SA rise and form protective line through which Hitler walks as he leaves the podium.
