Activities of German rocket pioneer Reinhard Tilling. Opening scene shows a large postal rocket standing on its tail on a beach. A technician is adjusting something on its nose, as another man places mail into a compartment in the rocket body. Camera pans down from the top of the rocket to the fins at the bottom. A group of spectators watches from a sand bluff overlooking the beach. Two cameramen take up sheltered positions near the beach. The rocket is ignited and rises, only to fall back sideways onto the beach. Change of scene shows a group of persons with a Tilling rocket in marsh grass near a lake. Next, Reinhard Tilling is seen surrounded by spectators and some cameramen, as he explains his rocket, which is being held nose down by others. Tilling opens and displays the rocket's gliding wings.

"Camera ship," is painted on the plane's fuselage, below the cockpit. Pilot, copilot, and crew member in nose are clearly visible. As the sequence progresses, clouds appear above and the ground below. The nose position is now empty. The B-26 continues in flight over varied terrain including hills, agriculture field, and a large town. Scene shifts to a loose formation of 7 B-26s in the distance. Next, a new sequence shows open field with patches of shrubs and trees. A dilapidated farm building seen in foreground. It explodes with fire and smoke. As the smoke drifts away, only debris is seen remaining. Cause of the explosion is not evident from the film. (World War 2 period).

German Reichsmarschall (Marshal of the Empire) Hermann Goering visits a coal mine during World War 2. Interior of mine. Goering with coal miners. Coal carried on conveyer belts. Goering inspects objects of various kinds laid out in boxes. He goes up the steps of a house and visits a working family. As he comes out, he talks to children and picks up a baby. He is surrounded by an enthusiastic crowd of local citizens. Goering gets into an open car, and standing, salutes the crowd, who return his salute. Children try to run after his car, as it pulls away.

Gun camera footage from USAAF P-47 of the 378th Fighter Squadron, 362nd Fighter Group, operating from Verdun Airfield, France, during World War 2. The aircraft flown by pilot named Bullock, on March 31, 1945, strafes lines of communication, striking vehicles on roads and trains moving on rail lines. In second sequence, the same pilot, now identified on slate, with the 377th Fighter Squadron, on April 4th, attacks a lone German Me-109 seen flying in thin cloud below him.
