A newsreel titled "Captured Nazi subs are sunk" shows British and Polish Navy Destroyers disposing of Nazi German submarines off the coast of Ireland soon after the end of World War 2 during Operation Deadlight. View of captured submarines at dock in Loch Ryan, Scotland, including U-1271, U-1301, and a third submarine awaiting scuttling operations. In the next scene, in the North Atlantic off the west coast of Scotland and northwest of Ireland, allied British and Polish sailors from HMS Onslow and ORP Blyskawica destroyers take aim at U-2324 and then fire naval guns at the submarine. Naval guns fire several shots and U-2324 sinks in the North Atlantic.
During Operation Market Garden, German soldiers move forward on foot and on bicycles in Arnhem and other areas of Netherlands during World War II. German infantry find abandoned American and British equipment. They open a cigarette tin from their findings, share cigarettes all around, smoking and smiling. German infantry, including some very young German soldiers march along a roadway. House to house fighting between British and German forces in Dutch towns and villages of Arnhem region. Germans take British and American soldiers as prisoners and search them thoroughly. Allied POWs are marched between locations and guarded at roadsides, including near a building with sign that says "Maarland" on it (likely hamlet of Maarland, or present day Oost-Maarland). Near end of clip German narrator references Operation Berlin withdrawal and rescue effort being conducted by Allies to try to remove remaining Allied forces from the region.
A film titled 'My kong chu'a my cin chet' shows North Vietnamese soldiers fire at enemy positions during Vietnam War. Planes fly overhead as a Vietcong soldier looks at them through a pair of binoculars. Vietcong soldiers under cover in a ditch as they fire rifles at the enemy. Soldiers fire from a gun mounted on a cart. Vietcong men and women fighters arrange shells in boxes. They pluck palm leaves and cover the boxes with them. Boxes are transported in a boat. Boxes containing shells are loaded onto a ship.
