They object and are disappointed in the position taken by the United States regarding Palestine's administration, and state that at the end of the mandatory administration, a provisional Jewish Government will be established, not later than May 16th. Timeframe is mid November during ceremonies surrounding the signing of the Darlan Agreement, also called the Clark-Darlan Accords. Other high ranking Allied officers are seen at the event, including British Admiral Sir Andrew Cunningham, and other American, British, French Army and Navy officers attend the ceremony. (This final scene is likely in Algiers where the Generals met in the range November 13-14, 1942 after Algiers fell quickly, following the start of the Operation Torch landings.
