Colonel Juan Domingo Peron takes charge as the new President of Argentina in an official ceremony at Buenos Aires in Argentina. Previous President Edelmiro Farrell congratulates him. The First Lady Eva “Evita” Peron witnesses the ceremony. Peron and other dignitaries walk out of a hall and review a parade of Argentine troopers. A huge crowd waits outside the hall for the new President.

He gets into a biplane aircraft at Naval Air Station Anacostia (NAS Anacostia). It takes off. He jumps and makes a parachute landing into Potomac river. Clark being congratulated by Assistant Secretary of war, F. Truebee Davison.
