The dealer places the counterfeit stamps received from the peddler and customers on a gum sheet and endorses them. The dealer buys gasoline from his distributor against bingo sheets. The distributor deposits these bingo sheets in a bank from where it passes on to the OPA (Office of Price Administration) auditors for verification. The stamps are separated by the OPA auditors and are detected by women trained for detection of illegal ration currency.
