Young men wearing armbands with Hebrew inscription, monitor traffic in the street on the Sabbath, when private cars are not supposed to be operating.. They stop a private car and surround and converse with the driver on the sidewalk. Several official and military vehicles pass by unhindered. They stop another private car whose driver steps from the car and shows them his authorization to be driving.
