U.S. Army personnel practice a variation of the "Ausie Peeloff" (aka "center peel off", or simply, "peel off") tactical retreat technique at the MACV (Military Assistance Command Vietnam) Recondo School in Nha Trang, Vietnam. (This type of tactic is designed for use by a small reconnaissance unit when unexpectedly encountering a larger enemy force.)
