View shifts to the reviewing stand, where Mr. Cornell Franklin, Civil Commandant and Chairman of the Shanghai Municipal Council, stands in front of military officers, Vice-Admiral Sir Percy Noble, Major General Telfer-Smollett, Colonel Price, Colonel Andreini, Lieutenant-Colonel Perretier, and Commander Takeda.
