Harriman, President Truman's personal representative, descends steps, and is greeted by a group of Iranians. Next, U.S. Ambassador Henry Brady walks with another man towards the airport terminal building. Next, they are seen emerging from some brick buildings, that they apparently visited, and proceeding to their cars, parked at the curb.
