An old British addresses the Press outside a house, as cameras record the proceedings in London in England. Photographers take pictures, as the old man introduces a woman who uses a dowsing rod to locate water on his property. Later we see success demonstrated by a pipe with water gushing from it.
American Ambassador to England Joseph Kennedy and his wife Rose Fitzgerald arrive at a Cathedral in Winchester for unveiling of George Y Memorial Window. A procession of Mayor and Corporation to the Cathedral for the unveiling ceremony. Kennedy also forms part of the procession as it enters the Cathedral. Kennedy along with the priest walks to the Cathedral to sign visitor's book. Mr. and Mrs. Kennedy leave the Cathedral and arrive at deanery. Later they leave the deanery.
