Several people sit on benches in gardens. Men carry flags. A band of soldier musicians entertain by playing popular music. One soldier dances. U.S. soldiers visit ancient Roman ruins at at the Trophee des Alpes situated in La Turbie, about 15Km from Nice in the hills above Monaco.
