Chief Iron Whip introduces himself to the Native American Indian tribal council. He belong to tribe Sioux or the first nation people. Sioux have three main divisions: The Santee or Dakota who reside to the east of Dakotas, Minnesota and Northern Iowa; The Yankton or Nakota who reside in the Minnesota river area; the Lakota who are the western most Sioux. Chief Iron Whip uses Indian sign language to introduce himself.

The infants are made to move their limbs. The mothers hold the babies as they make them stand on their feet. A baby is wearing a sash with a sign on it that reads ' Mike'.
