This quarantine will be extended, if needed, to other types of cargo and carriers. He further states that it shall be the policy of the United States to regard any nuclear missile launched from Cuba against any nation in the Western Hemisphere as an attack on the United States, requiring a full retaliatory response upon the Soviet Union. United States Army Cavalry in rigorous training exercises at Fort Crook, Nebraska
U.S. Army cavalrymen arrive at a very steep embankment and ride their mounts down, one at a time. The slope is so steep that the horses must slide down. The riders must lean back to an extreme degree as they descend. Every horse and rider successfully accomplishes the test. The next scene shows cavalry riding rapidly toward a fence. They stop short and the cavalrymen make their horses lie down as they dismount.
