The military band plays. The soldiers salute. President Johnson speaks into a microphone and greets King Faisal with traditional greeting in Arabic. He then talks about U.S. relations with Saudi Arabia. People applaud after the welcome speech. King Faisal replies and expresses gratitude. Scenes of a welcoming parade in the streets of Washington, DC. A sign reads 'His Majesty King Faisal'. U.S. soldiers march and a band plays. People line sidewalks to see and to welcome the King. Military units parade. The King rides in a limousine with two Secret Service Agents standing on the rear of the car. He arrives at Blair House, directly across from the Old Executive Office Building and adjoining White House. . He is greeted an official from the City who presents him the "keys to the City."
