Following the preliminary session of the Paris Peace Conference, United States President Woodrow Wilson sets out for his return trip to United States. President Wilson is seen standing on a lighter (boat) taking him and his party out to the USS George Washington, in Brest Harbor, for their trip home. The boat's French flag flutters next to him as he waves his hat in gesture of farewell to the people of France. Large number of people standing on the shore to say goodbye to the President . United States First Lady Mamie Eisenhower holds a floral replica of a Series E 100-dollar Savings Bond. She looks at the floral arrangement. The floral replica is presented for investment in the saving bond for the future of the United States by Mrs. George Humphrey, wife of Secretary of Treasury. They are accompanied by Mrs. Harman, Chairman of the Committee.
Crown Prince Alexander of Serbia welcomes French General Pau at a ship in Serbia. They shake hands. They talk amongst themselves. General Pau meets officials on a railway station in Bucharest. He salutes the officials. Next scene is in the United States two months later: Boys and young men march in a crowded Lewisohn Stadium, at the College of the City of New York (CCNY) on June 23, 1917, during a ceremony to honor Prince Ferdinando of Udine, head of the Italian War Commission to the United States.

Part 2 of a 2 part Interrogation of Colonel Otto Skorzeny, a famous German Colonel, by a United States Army captain in Germany. The United States army captain interrogates him through an American enlisted man serving as interpreter. The Colonel speaks about the liberation of Benito Mussolini and his rescue by plane. He also tells about the meeting of Adolf Hitler and Mussolini and the Italian dictators return to the Lake Garda area. These were accomplished by the Panzer brigade. Skorzeny takes off his wrist watch commemorating the event and they discuss the information inscribed on its back. The wrist watch lies on the table.
