British Royal Guards march outside building in London. Two guards at attention flanking building entry. British civilian crowd lines up on the sidewalks. UK Prime Minister David Lloyd George, French Prime Minister Aristide Briand and other Allied officials leave the building during the 1921 London Conference on German Reparations, held in March and April of 1921. Hand drawn map shows German areas occupied by Allies after World War I. Written labels are added to it as the film continues. The labels include "Neutral Zone" line between Germany and France, "American Sector" called out along that line and showing the area near Dusseldorf "Occupied by Allied Troops" and at Essen the marking "Essen under range of French Guns." Next is seen a marking that says "Kiel, Hamburg, and Bremen dominated by British Fleet." The map is signed by illustrator "Bert Green".

British shipyard workers go on strike for 10% raise. Workers stand by the gate. Giant cranes idle at the British shipyards. Union leader speaks with workers. Queen Juliana launches a new ship, the Prins der Nederlanen (The Prince of the Netherlands) in Holland. It is designed for the West Indies service. She speaks as she breaks champagne against the bow of the ship..
Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh, arrives at Decca Records, one of England's largest phonograph record production factories. Sign above the front door reads "Decca." Prince Philip is given a tour of the Decca Records Pressing Factory (Decca Record Co. Ltd., Pressing Plant, New Malden, Surrey, UK). A woman shows phonograph record that has been pressure molded from master recording. She trims waste edge from the newly manufactured record. Prince Philip is escorted through the shipping department of the establishment, where numerous records are displayed in boxes, ready for shipment.
Demonstration of two new British guided missiles during the Cold War. The first is designed for anti-tank warfare. New British anti-tank missile is fired and its accuracy is proven as it goes through a small opening in a target cloth. Men at the controls. Next is seen a demonstration of Britain's new self-guided Thunderbird Missile, with 4 rocket boosters, used to attack other incoming missiles. Military personnel prepare and fire the missile during a demonstration.
Town Criers gather from all over England and Wales, yelling announcements as part of their ancient craft, competing for the national championships. British crowd of people assembled. Crowd laughs and smiles at some of the crier yells.
