United States President Franklin Roosevelt warns the Axis Power and asks nation for united effort in his speech, Washington DC. People seated on chairs during the speech. President Roosevelt calls upon all Americans for 'All Out Effort'. He warns the nation for longer hours and lower profits. He warns the Axis powers that United States is pledged to resist all aggressor nations. (World War II period).
