Rookie Boston Red Sox pitcher Billy Rohr comes within one out of throwing a no-hitter against the New York Yankees in baseball game at Yankee Stadium, April 1967. Rohr faces the last batter as scoreboard (in background) shows the Red Sox' 3-0 lead and zero hits for Yankees. Yankee catcher Elston Howard lines a single into right field, breaking up the no-hitter. Rohr gets final out and crowd cheers and teammates congratulate him.
