Hitler welcomes delegates at the signing of the Germany-Italy-Japan alliance. A group of diplomats led by Foreign Minister of Germany Joachim von Ribbentrop, Italian Minster of Foreign Affairs Count Galeazzo Ciano and Japanese delegates strides down a long, wide corridor.
