He asks them to fulfill their duties. He also speaks about the optimum and judicious utilization of war resources. General Eisenhower talks about developing leadership abilities and team spirit among the soldiers which is basic necessity to win the World War.

At one point the band plays the "Stars and Stripes Forever" in tribute to America and Eisenhower.
