Glider pilot Jack O'Meara performs for the crowd, landing in the grass and smiling for the camera. (Note: Flier Al Wilson was killed later during these same Cleveland aviation events, when his 1910 Curtiss plane collided with an autogyro during landing.)

Andrew W Mellon former U.S. Secretary of Treasury leaves a ship and arrives at Waterloo railway station in London England. Steam locomotive pulling passenger cars pulls into the railroad station. People welcome Secretary Mellon in the station. Mellon is escorted by the guards. He proceeds in a car to the American Embassy where he greets British dignitaries including Sir Patrick Duff. Mellon takes charge as U.S. new ambassador to the nation.
Boy Scouts visit the Bronx Zoo in New York United States. Boys take impressions of possums, woodchuck, squirrel, song bird, turtle and toad on a hand written plea against the automobile drivers. Boy Scouts meet with Mayor James J Walker and give the scroll of plea. They ask the Mayor to urge greater care to motorists for the safety of the animals
Police gunnery experts test bullet proof cloth in Toledo Ohio. Man in bullet proof suit stands, smoking a pipe, while two other men fire pistols at him. Officer examines the man. Officer draws a target on the back of the man, and more bullets are fired at his back. A pliers is used to pry bullets out of the cloth on his back. A woman tester is fired upon, both back and front. Successful test of bullet proof cloth.
