Logging and lumbering operations in Flagstaff, Arizona, United States.

A forest service worker cuts and marks a tree for logging operations in Arizona, United States. Loggers cut down a large pine tree with a two man saw. The logs are loaded on a truck by heavy equipment loader. The logs are pushed off the back of the truck by a bulldozer. The logs are loaded in a train. Smoke rises from the locomotive engine of the train as it moves carrying large cut trees. Mountains in the background. A sawmill operation in Flagstaff, Arizona. Logs are brought to sawmills and dumped into a giant pool or pond area. Men with hooks move the logs up onto lifts that carry the logs into the saw mill. Men at the mill output side lift cut lumber off of the running belt track and stack it for pickup by a special lift machine that lifts the lumber bundles.
