They and several other jeeps, carrying visiting British MPs proceed into the liberated Buchenwald Concentration camp. An effigy of a prisoner is seen illustrating form of punishment meted out to inmates. The visiting party includes: Mrs. Tate; Sir Graham White; Sir Henry James; Lord Stanhope; Lord Addison; Sir Archibald Southby; Lieutenant Colonel Wickham; Ness Edward; M. Silverman; and Tom Driberg. Accompanied by U.S. and British officers, they walk about among the camp buildings, where cleanup is underway. A large mass of camp debris is being burned. Freed inmates are seen throughout the camp.
