Chief of Staff of the United States Air Force, General Paul McConnell visits Cam Ranh Bay Air Base in South Vietnam. Staff cars pull into the parking area of 483rd TAF (Tactical Airlift Wing). General and staff come out of the cars and head towards a building. General McConell walks down C-7A ramp. Crew members salute and shake hands with him. General McConell walks towards T-39A and boards the aircraft. He speaks with Vice Commander of Aerospace Defense Command, Major General Royal N Baker. (Vietnam War period).
