A truck arrives to pick up the smashed boxes. Boats and ships at the port by the street are shown. Smashed boxes are loaded on the truck. One nearby building is named the "Union Cafe". A book shop is in the same building. (Today, that building at 14 South Water Street is site of the Riverboat Landing Restaurant). The JW Brooks Wholesale Grocer building is also seen in the footage, with its sign painted on the Market Street side of its brick face.
