General Mark W. Clark boards a plane and arrives at Milan Airport, at the end of World War II. General Willis D. Crittenberger greets him. General Clark, Lieutenant General Sir Richard L. G. McCreery and General Crittenberger sit in a Jeep. They inspect honor guard composed of troops and tanks of various nationalities including South African, British, Brazilian etc.
Benito Mussolini arrives and presents prizes to the Battle of Wheat winners in Rome's Argentina Theater. Dignitaries and guests at a big amphitheater stand and welcome Italian dictator Mussolini. Prize winners arrive one after the other, he shakes hands and presents the prizes.
