A group of men leaves the building shaking hands, and chatting. Several agents come to the door and present a warant, and force their way into the establishment. Spectators line the sidewalks to watch during the filming.

The smugglers are searched and arrested by authorities, as they leave the vessel. Some cover their faces from the camera. Stevedores unload the ship, as Coast Guard officer watches.
