Mrs. Kennedy and President Johnson walks six blocks to the cathedral behind the caisson. Casket carried inside the cathedral where a prayer service is conducted. After mass outside the cathedral, John Kennedy Jr. salutes the coffin containing his father's remains at the suggestion of his mother. Cortege proceeds to the Arlington National Cemetery.
