Camera pans over scrapped U.S. military aircraft that have been pushed off a cliff at the American Naval Air Base in Tsingtao (Qingdao) Shantung Province, China, in 1946. A jumbled mess of parts, mostly unidentifiable. Some larger parts include a fuselage and some wings,displaying the American roundel.

Scene is football field, set up in the in field of the city racecourse at Tsingtao (Qingdao) China, in 1946. The unusual thing is there are no goal posts. U.S. Marine and Navy spectators stand around the field, and some occupy a small viewing stand. Various multistory buildings are seen in the far background, as the camera pans about,following the play on the field. Players wear football uniforms, and leather helmets. One team (probably Marines) wears Khaki jerseys and the other (probably Navy) wears white. As the film begins, one Khaki team player is being helped as he walks off the field, while others attend to a player lying on the ground. Play resumes with a play in the Khaki end zone, followed by a Khaki kickoff to white, who return the ball. Camera stops there and switches to another Khaki kickoff. White seems unable to overcome Khaki defense on the ground and resorts to a long pass that is intercepted by Khaki. The rest of the film shows glimpses of plays on the field. A White team player is seen on the ground attended by sailors. Play resumes again, with Navy punting. As the game ends, players of both teams walk off the field and are greeted by Marine and Navy spectators respectively. Camera shows view of the much larger racecourse area that encompassed the playing field. U.S. military trucks begin driving over the field. Scene shifts to view from a grandstand at far end of the racecourse, near buildings in downtown Tsingtao. Marines and sailors are leaving the field. Camera pans over the large racecourse infield where marines and sailors are cleaning up the playing field. Change of scene shows U.S. Army Lieutenant General Albert C. Wedemeyer, Navy Admiral Charles M. Cooke, and a Rear Admiral, sitting with Madame Chiang Kai-shek. She is examining an American football, as the Rear Admiral explains it to her. Scene shifts to more shots of the football game including several fumbles. It ends with Khaki team huddle.
Greek Prime Minister, Themistoklis Sofoulis, boards the Greek Destroyer, RHS Hastings, in the Port of Piraeus.
Themistoklis Sofoulis (Sophoulis) Prime Minister of Greece, arrives at the port of Piraeus. Officials greet and welcome him. A color guard of Greek sailors presents arms in salute as Sofoulis is taken by the arm and escorted by a Greek admiral. He doffs his hat in acknowledgment. With the Admiral at his side, and , surrounded by civilian officials,and several naval officers, he makes his way to the Greek Navy Destroyer, RHS Hastings, tied up at the pier. A junior officer assists him as he ascends a gangway to board the ship. On deck, the ship's captain greets him and introduces several junior officers who salute and shake hands with him. The Greek National flag is seen fluttering in the breeze from the ship's mast. View of ship's bow as forward line is hauled aboard. The Greek State Flag is displayed from the ship. View from the pier as the ship backs away, followed by views of her underway. (This ship is the former British HMS Catterick, Class III Hunt destroyer, which was transferred on loan to Royal Hellenic Navy in 1946,as the Greek RHS Hastings. The number 15 appears on her hull which was formerly assigned to the Greek Destroyer Vasilissa Olga, that was sunk in 1943.)

Soviet and Iranian military officers shake hands with each other in Tabriz, Azerbaijan, Iran. Russian and Iranian newspapers announce the formal recognition by the Soviet Union of the Azerbaijan People's Government (a Soviet puppet entity in Iranian Azerbaijan) on April 8, 1946. People celebrate the friendship pact between the Azerbaijan People's Government and the Soviet Union. Crossed flags of the Soviet Union and and Azerbaijan People's Government seen.
