Major General Leslie Groves, Secretary-General of the United Nations Trygve Lie and other civil and military experts also present at the headquarters. Baruch speaks about the International atomic control. He suggests to stop manufacturing new atom bombs and destroy those already made.

Among the crowd dignitaries, sailors, military and police officials can also be seen. A person addresses the assembly. U.S. National Flag is hoisted. A speaker at the podium recites the Pledge of Allegiance and the crowd repeats after him.
