U.S. President Herbert Hoover on the 1932 presidential reelection campaign trail in Des Moines Iowa, during the Great Depression. We will flourish and inspire and guide those who will follow you” Hobby concludes her speech before introducing Representative Congresswoman Edith Nourse Rogers to the graduates.
